CAE moves to artificial intelligence

In the presence of Prime Ministers Justin Trudeau and Philippe Couillard, CAE’s CEO Marc Parent announced today a $ 1 billion investment over five years in the research and development of digital intelligence to move training of aviation and medical personnel to the artificial intelligence era.

 

CAE will invest $ 800 million and will receive $ 150 million from the Canadian government and $ 47 million from the Quebec government. Mr. Parent confirmed that the presence of a cluster in artificial intelligence was a determining factor in the decision to invest in Montreal.

 

 

CAE is the world leader in aircraft simulators with 75% of market share and is taking the necessary steps to stay ahead.
