PC-24 received its Canadian type certificate

This morning, Transport Canada granted the Canadian type certificate to Pilatus’s PC-24 business jet, paving the way for its entry into service in Canada. The first operator of PC-24 in Canada is still unknown but it will not be long before we know his name.

The PC-24 is the first business jet to be certified for dirt and gravel runways measuring less than 3,000 feet. Because of its unique characteristics, the PC-24 could create a revolution in the world of general aviation and especially for aeromedical evacuations in northern Quebec.
